Privacy policy

This policy describes how Voxora, a LuminaForge product, handles personal information when you use the service. Voxora builds voice agents for clinics, contractors, and memberships. It covers calls and any SMS the service processes.

• Account details you give us, such as your name, email, and a description of the business.
• Call audio, transcripts, phone numbers, and the reason for a call, when a call is handled.
• Message content and phone numbers, when SMS is used.
• Basic technical logs used to operate and secure the service.

We use this information to run the agent you configured and to show calls and messages in your account.

Communications are customer service for the business using Voxora. They are not marketing blasts.

We keep account, call, and message records for about two years, then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
