Webhooks you control
Run your own public webhooks. A live call sends the caller name, phone number, and reason, and returns the real result.
First-party inbox
On Growth and Scale, people appear when a call captures a name and a callback number.
Director
Director reviews saved calls and proposes playbook edits from calls you actually ran.
